Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a guest has been reserved for you, their name will appear when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding.

Are children invited?

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we were unable to include all children in our celebration due to the size of our guest list. If your child has been invited, their name will appear when you RSVP.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception will be in a covered outdoor space.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! Plenty of parking is available.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will not be provided. We encourage guests to use ride share services if they plan to enjoy the celebration.

You are welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the following day.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and our photographer can capture the moment without distractions. Feel free to take photos throughout the reception!

What happens if I forget to RSVP?

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by the RSVP date so we can finalize seating and catering. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will unfortunately assume you are unable to attend.

Keep in mind this is a holiday weekend and a Razorback home football game weekend so reserving your accommodations early is encouraged!
